We offer a variety of regular group classes and workshops at Concorde House Clinic that are open to everyone and designed to improve your health and wellbeing. Qigong
Qigong is a practice to cultivate one’s vital energy and improve health and well-being. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners, it is taught in group classes and private sessions and includes a balance of both physically active and more meditative techniques.
Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a way of working on your body, giving it the self-sufficiency to move sustainably again; with a new ease, grace and comfort in all areas of life. The Technique can help posture and address chronic pain and illness, as anxiety, stress and more.
Yoga
The Yoga classes we offer focus on finding the poses that work better for you, how to do them, what your habits are and how to take control over them. We'll work on developing an individualised practice and understanding the uniqueness of yourself in movement and at rest.
Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a way of approaching specific issues in your life systemically. These might relate to your health, personal relationships, career, or creative situation. Constellations help clarify and order these systems for you, and allow more action and flow.
